Issuance of smart card-based Driving License, Registration Certificates, Permits and PSV Badges

Scope of Work:

DIMTS Design, Developed and Deployed Application Software for issuance of Driving License with Online Appointment and E-Payment Facility in 2011, Approximate 45 Lakhs Driving License issued using this software. In 2018, Driving License Application Software replaced with a similar application software Sarathi developed by NIC as per the guidelines of Minister of Road and Transport Highway, Government of India. Vahan application software developed by NIC implemented for issuance of Vehicle Registration.

• Development of application software for issuance of PSV Badges, Permits and Driver Authorisation and its Integration with Sarathi and Vahan Application Software.
